What is the process?

The first thing we do is meet for a 45 minute complimentary consultation. We concentrate on your habits, lifestyle and what has or has not been working. From here we come up with a plan of action.

At our second meeting, I present solutions in a written plan which is yours to keep. This carries a fee of $68* which is payable at that time. If you decide to work hands-on with me, the fee will be deducted from your final bill.

Home staging is a 90 minute assessment appointment.  Once you're ready for the organizing and design work, we will set that up for a future date(s).  Rates vary.

Organizing Fees:

$34 per hour, minimum 2 hours

Travel:  Up to an hour is no charge; 1-2 hours - $18 pro-rated

Purchase of materials for you - cost of materials

Fee for me to order and pick up your purchases - $18

Do I need to buy all new stuff?  You do not need to purchase anything extra or new unless you want to.  Redesigning is simply using what you already have.

Do I need to be there with you?  I offer as much assistance with this as you desire, however you do need to be there for the hands on work.  It's also a good idea to lessen any distractions while we're going through each step. 

How long until we're finished?  This depends on several factors which are different for everyone.  On any given day, we will work from 2-4 hours at a time.  This enables many clients to budget their time and money without becoming overwhelmed.

Do you clean or repair?  Not personally, but I have a network of people who do.
