We had an awesome open house this weekend that produced not one but four offers!!  Buyers kept saying how beautiful our home was.  We had a real estate agent bring his clients through and he told me that he sees an average of 7 houses a week and this was the nicest home he has seen in two years!!   I did tell him that you helped me and he said, "Whatever you paid her, it was well worth it"!!
Another couple walked in and commented on how big the dining room looked without the huge hutch in it, unlike another home they had seen!! So you were right--that is why I listened to everything you said about getting rid of the extra furniture.  So thank you again for helping us sell our home so quickly and in an "iffy" market!!
